Delivery Waiver

-I have requested that ROCKBROS deliver this order to my stated address.

-I understand that ROCKBROS will take normal precautions while delivering the items to my address.

-I will assume all responsibility for any damage that may result to the driveway, sidewalk, yard or other portions of my address during the delivery process.

-I understand and agree that ROCKBROS reserves the right to refuse to unload at the order placement location specified if undue risk or damage could be caused to my property or to the delivery vehicle.

-I understand and agree that ROCKBROS will refund the cost of items and taxes in the event I refused the order upon delivery.  I agree that the shipping/delivery charges for the order will not be refunded should I refuse the order upon delivery.
